Working together

How can I help?

I support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions and a range of other emotional challenges. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with difficult thoughts or emotions, navigating change, or simply aware that something doesn't feel quite right. Whatever brings you to counselling, we can explore it together in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.

How I work

I offer an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on a range of therapeutic perspectives to support your individual needs. Influenced by Person-Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Attachment and Transactional Analysis approaches, I tailor our work to your unique experiences, goals and circumstances. Together, we may explore how past experiences, relationships and patterns of relating can shape the way you see yourself and interact with others today.

My approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever feels important to you. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels comfortable and manageable, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Building a trusting relationship is an important part of the counselling process, and as a registered member of the BACP, I work within their Ethical Framework to provide a safe, professional and confidential space where you can feel supported.
